Medical Cannabis at Work produces general information about workplace drug testing, Fair Work Commission case law, and employment rights for prescribed patients in Australia. Every page states when it was last verified and against which sources.
How we create content
Each page is written from primary sources: FWC decisions, legislation, Australian Standards, industry reports, and official government guidance. A list of sources appears at the bottom of every substantive page. No page is published without at least one verifiable primary source.
Verifying information
Our content is cross-checked against the instruments it describes. We do not publish second-hand summaries of other websites without following them back to the source document. When a source is ambiguous or contested, we say so rather than picking one reading as settled.
Corrections
If a page is wrong or out of date, email hello@medicalcannabisatwork.com.au. We verify the claim, fix the page, and add a correction note with the date.
Independence
We do not accept payment or sponsorship for content. We do not sell products. We do not publish paid articles. Advertising placements are clearly labelled. The site is funded by the publisher.
