Toolkits. Paid toolkits are licensed for use within your own organisation or for your own personal situation. They may not be resold, republished or redistributed. Because they are digital goods delivered immediately, refunds are offered where a file is faulty or materially not as described; consumer guarantees under Australian Consumer Law are not excluded.
Placements. Sponsored placements are subject to our house rules, are labelled as sponsored, and may be declined or removed where content is misleading, unlawful or promotes therapeutic goods contrary to advertising law. Fees are payable monthly in advance and placements may be cancelled by either side with effect from the next billing cycle.
